From the picture, I have extracted five hues, as shown below:

In general, the colours extracted are differing shades of orange colours and blue. Overall, the picture uses cooler colours due to the presence of blue colours in most parts of the picture. The colour scheme present in the picture is the complementary colour scheme, as the general blue colours are opposite the orange colours. This creates vibrant atmosphere in the picture. However, due to the presence of colours that have low chroma (specifically those middle three colours that I have extracted), a calming mood is created as well.
